Join NeighborSpace and Graystone Community Association for an evening of Live Music,  a Ribbon-cutting Ceremony,  Community Speakers,  Plant giveaway, and a Performance from Saudade Brazilian Quintet, Baltimore-based Brazilian samba jazz band.
